I wish I could give fewer stars. We purchased engineered hardwood over two years ago. We were told that the adhesive they were going to use doubled as a moisture preventive, so I used their bid instead of going with another more expensive company that included a sealer as a separate line item. I probably spent 4 hours total over a few days laying out flooring, comparing colors, deciding on floor types. It was a big deal for me. Never once did I feel like I was taking up too much time or a bother. Very knowledgeable and just downright a good person. My product was ordered, and started the following Wednesday.
