The owner is the only one at the store that has access to any information on what carpet they carry, prices etc. So after taking samples home there were 2 Sat the owner was not there. The 2nd Sat the other employee was there, took down all our ordering information, spoke with owner kver the phone for pricing and was told installers would call to come out and measure. Flooring outlet will not honor the warranty on their work. Currently working through the attorney generals office for resolution but that doesn’t seem to be getting it done. Now I have to go through the hassle of obtaining an attorney and suing them. The floor started cracking and separating almost immediately. It’s sharp where the broken pieces are and we have a 2 yr old, it’s dangerous to have sharp flooring breaking all over the place when that’s where your child plays. The quality of the material used was average, the quality of the work itself was bad. Had them do trim that started to come up or just was not glued down correct. They did not caulk at all, so there was space between the trim an the wall. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen came up after a month. The owner is hard to work with an very judgemental an clearly is set in his ways. Overall would not recommend.

We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too.
