Recently purchased carpet from Floors Direct. The whole process was smooth and the final product looks great. They have a wide selection and are very accommodating no matter how many samples you need to check out! Scott was great to work with on the sales side and Sean and crew did a wonderful job with installation. Very happy with the end result.
We will never shop for flooring anywhere but Floors Direct! We could not have been happier with our sales person (Scott) and the installer (Ryan)! The whole process from start to finish was wonderful, and who says that about replacing carpet?!
I cant say enough good things about working with Scott Stillwell and Floors Direct. I had LVP put in last summer and the installers did a great job and it looks fabulous. Any store can sell a product, although at some flooring stores you are treated as a serf. Not here. Terry S. provided exceptional sales service. Most importantly was the delivery and installation. Scott and JJ's team were prompt and finished the job with extreme professionalism and attention to detail. No reason to go anywhere else when looking for flooring options.
