We recently purchased carpet to replace throughout our home, and we are very happy with the results. Terry was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. The installers showed up on time, did a great, professional job and were respectful and careful with our newly painted walls. It looks even nicer than we imagined.
Wonderful customer service and great communication. The installers did an excellent job. Would highly recommend for future projects.
Terry is very helpful and the install guys are great!
We went to several Flooring stores before stopping in to see Terry at Flooring direct, she was so kind & helpful! I called a lot with many questions over our flooring project and she was always on top of getting back quick & keeping us informed during our installation. Our laminate wood floors are beautiful! Five ⭐ experience Christi & Randy Hass
