Floors Direct recently put new carpet in our living room and they did an excellent job! I found the price reasonable and the salesman was great and went out of his way to accomplish our project. After the sale they had the new carpet installed within the week and it looks great. I know I’ll need more carpet replaced in the future and I’ll gladly go back to do business with them.

Overall excellent experience. Needed new carpet installed for a two bedroom investment property and within one week we had carpet picked out and installed. Very smooth process, quick, easy, painless. Pricing was very competitive. Much better than going with the big box stores like we have in the past. We worked with Scott and he was awesome, excellent communication and very personal and professional. We will be back!!
