Great service Great People . Helped me around to find a shaw carpet that I had found at Lowes and Installed it to perfection while coming in at 400 dollars less and giving me one year free interest to pay for it.The store manager was great.
Eh - not all that bad. I went here because I saw an advertisement displayed in their large showroom window - plus one of the sales representatives was a former business acquaintence. The owner helped me at first, though was in a very big hurry. He was very honest, kind, & reassuring - but when I made an honest mistake in the price quote, boy did he turn ugly. Awful flooring cleaning and repair We recently had 2 oriental carpets repaired and cleaned at this business. We had to follow up/call several times to find out the status of this work. When told that the carpets were ready we went there and examined them but clearly the work had not been completely done. So, we left them there and again, nobody called and we had to follow up. great selection This store has a large selection, helpful and knowledgable staff and good prices. they will work with you and arepatient when it comes to finding styles and prices you like, we bought all of our supplies here and did the installation ourselves and I liked that they did not try to force us to get them or someone they work with to do the installation
