I am fairly new to the Lakeland area so when it comes to needing trade work I do my research. Flooring USA had high marks when it came to service and affordability. A short trip to the Lakeland location located near Lake Morton was all it took. I was able to find just what I needed and complete my purchase the same day. My installer, Don, was right on time. They were neat and clean and did a wonderful job in our upstairs movie room. I would recommend. Customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Danny, the owner and salesman, was so patient with us as we figured out the right color floor for our house. Dustin, the installer, was professional and timely. It is such a relief to have this project taken care of. I’m so happy with my new floor. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend purchasing flooring from Danny! We purchased tile and sadly it was on backorder. I really wanted this specific tile, so we were ok with waiting until it could come in. Danny kept me updated throughout the waiting time. He kept in contact with the manufacturer and kept me in the loop with any updates. I will update this review with pictures as soon as it is installed(we chose to DIY installation)
