The crew that they used was incompetent, giving petty excuses as to why they needed to stop the job each day that they worked. "oh we can't finish this room because you don't have a threshold on this entry door". Thresholds go down AFTER a floor is finished!. They didn't install my transitions. The salesmen just went along with whatever they said instead of investigating their crybaby excuses. I threatened to cancel the job, so they then went ahead and put the needed LITTLE PIECE OF WOOD in that was needed to act as a joist ... read more
Update: The quality of my flooring sucks! It is supposed to be waterproof and it warps easily. I contacted the store and they made excuses to help... It's a no for me to go back.. Prior review: I had an excellent experience with Flooring and Tile. Will is so very knowledge and helpful. He wants you to have the job you want and need. The install crew were great. I will definitely use the business again.
A great discovery … I love shopping but shopping for floors isn’t my thing… this small little shop tucked in the back by a under construction Floor Decor has everything I was looking for including very patient staff. I stumbled upon them trying to see if any floor decors had what I was looking for, only to discover everything was sold out in the whole state. So I noticed in my Google search there was Floor & Tile next on the list…so I went for a visit. I took home samples after realizing their prices were comparable to floor... read more
