Waited for 2+ hours on a flooring person. I eventually got a measuring done and was quoted, accepted the quote, paid the quote. 1 week later they call me and try and talk me into doing all the prep work myself, which was included in the quote. Long story short and 9 people later the order is canceled. Place is a waste of time/scam shop.
