When building our home we were most excited about the design portion. Unfortunately this has been one of the worst parts of our experience. The designer and the low voltage person had no idea what was standard or upgrade with our house. They documented very poorly and missed 3 key design elements we needed we caught two of them but the last one we missed now we are out. The person who,worked was us was Barbara and I hear she is no longer working there. If you are building a home ask for design center options.
Extremely poor customer service. I had to work with this company after purchasing a new home through Coventry homes. While my initial experience with conventry homes was excellent, my experience with the design center was not. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment during their limited hours. It took them a few weeks to even get a hold of me.
