Communication and customer service is subpar. I have left numerous voicemails as well as emails and even talk to someone in the warranty department and I still have not received a phone call back regarding an inquiry that I have. This company was the original floor layers for my new build and I wanted them to come back and tear up the rugs in the bedrooms and put down the same flooring in those bedrooms as I have throughout the main home. The absolute worst flooring and tile company in San Antonio area. Avoid it at all costs- Our builder used this company for a new custom build and we regretted it from the horrific bathroom tile job that had to be redone twice to the wood flooring installed incorrectly by not using a moisture barrier adhesive underneath our wood. This company does not follow manufacturer guidelines for installation and then blames the homeowner for defects- ie. Your humidity is too high in your home or you have poor drainage. They built my island and it wasn’t even centered and off by 2 inches, they also attached the posts to my island with caulking alone. It came apart with a mere 5 pounds of pressure. I mean what do you expect if only caulking is holding it in place. They don’t employ people who understand a tiny bit of craftsmanship.
