Forced to use this company through our builder. Totally botched wood and heated flooring job. AVOID!!!!!
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DESIGN CENTER! They provided inaccurate information regarding important details and did not take responsibility for their actions. I requested an upgraded tub for my dream home, and when I inquired with Brianne Clark, she stated that the tub was the same size as the standard model, with the only difference being the addition of jets. Communication and customer service is subpar. I have left numerous voicemails as well as emails and even talk to someone in the warranty department and I still have not received a phone call back regarding an inquiry that I have. This company was the original floor layers for my new build and I wanted them to come back and tear up the rugs in the bedrooms and put down the same flooring in those bedrooms as I have throughout the main home.
