The LVP flooring was installed with the vapor barrier missing in multiple areas of the house — something that should never have passed their own inspection in the first place. Several sections of the newly installed LVP also cracked and had to be torn out and redone. On top of that, sections of tile in the shower sounded hollow underneath, meaning it wasn’t properly bonded to the substrate. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DESIGN CENTER! They provided inaccurate information regarding important details and did not take responsibility for their actions. I requested an upgraded tub for my dream home, and when I inquired with Brianne Clark, she stated that the tub was the same size as the standard model, with the only difference being the addition of jets.
