Flooring Plus refinished the wood floors in our 1935 house. It was a complicated job that involved removing carpet, repairs to old wood, installation of new wood, then refinishing everything with seemless transitions. The floors look fantastic!! Multiple showers installed and leaking within 6 months... Tile was glued to wall in shower with construction glue ... Not mortared... Marble shower pan cracked by tile installer... No waterproofing...Buyer beware...
