We had a very positive experience with Flooring Liquidators. Our basement floor was disintegrating and we didn’t know how to go about finishing the floors. Youssef knew exactly what to do and he did an amazing job—he even finished the work within two days! We chose to go with Flooring Liquidators because of all the positive reviews mentioning Youssef, and he exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend!
We placed a deposit to guarantee our order. We never picked up or had anything delivered and have decided to cancel the order. When requesting a refund of the deposit, we were informed that there is a restocking fee we would be charged, 25% of the whole order (which is ridiculous), no effort was made to reduce or waive the fee for an item never received. Wouldnt do business there again.
Youssef, our installer, was amazing, always so positive and happy. His work is flawless, the custom bullnose he made us was spectacular! Youssef always showed up on time and delivered on his promise to finish by a certain date. He worked miracles dealing with the challenges of an older home. Our whole experience with the team at Ottawa Flooring Liquidators was wonderful. We highly recommend Ottawa Flooring Liquidators, make sure you ask for Youssef to be your installer!
