The store itself has atrocious pricing. Shady people working there. I had to fight tooth and nail because they sent me 2 damaged boxes and it took me months to get them replaced. However, the installer Youssef was AMAZING. He made that hassle worth it. He was very meticulous and did an amazing top notch guy. He was very respectful and cleaned up after himself obsessively. He also saved us so much money with his advice and got us top notch wood compared to competitors.
Natalia is very knowledgeable about all the products. I really enjoyed talking with her as I live in the country with 2 dogs. I need my flooring to stand up to a lot. Thank you Natalia for everything.
Many years ago, I bought enough tiles to do three rooms in my house. I stopped by on Monday in hopes of locating two boxes of missing tiles. Natalia was very helpful and assisted me in finding them. She said she would send a quote once she confirmed the price, but I never received it. I called on Tuesday, and the person on the phone said they’d get back to me by the end of the day.
