While staff was quite friendly, I found their understanding of hardwood limited. I did "rent" a sample but had a difficult time with the return - I was double changed and only after 2 weeks and multiple visits and phone calls was the full amount finally refunded. Their pricing, and price matching was not as competitive for the product we picked, so we didn't purchase from them.
We came into the store overwhelmed with two kids in tow. Dave was excellent and helped us make a decision, with no pressure and the right amount of information. We’re very happy with the product and price and highly recommend!
Our recent experience with our flooring purchase and installation was very positive. Dave and Perry were pleasant and helpful as were the installers. We’ll be purchasing from this company again.
