They will not deal with warranty claims when you have defective product. They defer to the manufacturer but do not follow up or provide any resolution when manufacturer is not addressing the issue. So if you purchase, beware the warranty from manufacturer is essentially non-existent as they will not help you get it or even respond to your emails.

As with anything else, shop around. The Barrie flooring liquidator location surprisingly had cheaper pricing than mississauga. Had a good experience at both locations and found this company to be more reasonable than others. Great selection of flooring and helpful advise from Raj, but significantly higher pricing than the Barrie location. $1/sq ft less on exact same vinyl planks and 60c instead of 30c /sq ft underlayment.
