Everything seemed good until a piece of tile raised up I got a hold of the installers they had to go buy another box and and then proceeded to fix it By now I'm in the repair cost of over $200 And the corporation will do absolutely nothing to reimburse me not even for the tile that I had to buy some more at their place.
I have used this store for multiple projects and have referred multiple clients and friends as well. Cipriano and Tony have always been great to work with and very patient with all needs. I would give an extra star to Tony if I could. He always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with.
Lenny was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to find us what we were looking for quickly, and efficiently arrange things. He was courteous and professional. Cipriano also helped make the experience as smooth as possible, by helping us with some last minute details. Thank you both for your help!! We are very grateful!
