Nice team to work with and gave lots of helpful information. Also was able to come out in short timeframe and get flooring done with a few hours
Purchased a flooring product in 2022 off of the strong recommendation of the sales person. (CONQUEST) Paradigm simulated wood plank.After several months the flooring started to make snap sounds then visually faulty in the high traffic areas. I called the Rancho store and the salesman (jeff) if I remember got super argumentative with me to the point I asked him if he was rhe flooring mfg. That answered the phone. Didn’t even get to do much looking around, we were helped by an older gentleman with a ponytail and had a few questions about transitions. From the start he looked miserable and was disdainful when answering our questions. We decided to leave rather than continue working with him
Lots of flooring. Nothing in stock… takes 4-10 days. Lots of LVP with beveled edge (not many option without bevel).
