Jessica was wonderful and made the process very easy. I highly recommend her. Great flooring experience.
Paid 6600.00 for flooring on 4/18/22. Our H.O.A. Required installers license which Jessica from Lake Worth store, could not supply. We canceled the order by the following week. Jessica told me someone from the Ft Lauderdale store would call me to refund my credit card. No one called. They refuse to refund us stating all sales are final. Terrible business practice. Do not do business with these people. Horrible place. Unreputable and dishonest. Screwed us out of a lot of money.
These are facts terrible but true.We Sat with Jessica and explained to her that we live in a condo and the HOA and board have rules and guide lines to be followed.Jessica stated she can handle this.Well Jessica could not fulfill her part of the contract.She could not. , would not provide the documentation of license.
