Writing a review Terrible business practice.Names not being mentioned person representing this company was not able to produce a license to my HOA boardfor the flooring to be installed in my residence.There fire work could not be done in my residence.Person representing this business assured me that all requirements can and will be obtained but this person could not fulfill their end of the contract.Thisvoerson said do you want to cancel and my wife and I stated yes.Thisvpedron said I will put in the cancellation notice... read more

HORRIBLE. In 25 years of being a home owner in South Florida, I have never had more deplorable home improvement experience with a negligent retailer & floor installation company than FLOORING KING. They deserve ZERO STARS. The company and owner (Antonio Sustiel) apparently care about is making a quick buck off the sale of their imported Chinese floors. When complaining over the phone to Mr. Sustiel, he used derogatory & profane language to me. I made the mistake of paying them 100% upfront for the flooring materials and... read more

Seniors beware! Chad promises the world, extra savings, installers that work for cash... My super senior went in, was promised the world and signed. After reading the reviews about poor customer service and problems not being taken care of, I sent him back to cancel in less than an hour. Sadly, they refuse to cancel his order. They were out zero money and zero time (it was less than an hour). Chad got on the phone with me and literally started screaming at me that it’s too bad, so sad.
