We recently had carpeting installed by The Flooring Guys and could not be happier. Our salesman Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no problem with us taking several samples home (and keeping them a few days!). Our installer Domingo arrived on time, was super courteous and did a terrific job. In short, if you are looking for quality carpeting at a fair price we highly recommend them!
So glad I was referred to The Flooring Guys to do the flooring on my main floor. Starting with my first visit there to pick out what I wanted, everyone was so helpful. They encouraged me to take a few samples home, even though I pretty much was sure of the one I wanted and was only going to take that sample. This is our second time using The Flooring Guys in Joliet. The sales associates are friendly and helpful when selecting flooring. The professionals who do the installation show up when they say they will and are very clean and efficient. We will be back for our next project!
