I found the sales process with Kevin to be off-putting and a tad condescending. Install went well. But, won't be using again.
Great customer service and selection. Came out to measure within a day.
They did LVP and Carpet. Everything went great. Easy people to work with.
We recently had carpeting installed by The Flooring Guys and could not be happier. Our salesman Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no problem with us taking several samples home (and keeping them a few days!). Our installer Domingo arrived on time, was super courteous and did a terrific job. In short, if you are looking for quality carpeting at a fair price we highly recommend them!
