Very professional - very reasonably priced and very customer focused. We bought a lot of flooring and from him - some we installed ourselves. And, even though I am sure he could have made money off of the installation that we decided to do on our own, he gave us step by step instructions. We even called him during the process and he talked us through it. Highly recommend.

Did not stand behind their shoddy workmanship A year ago, I hired Flooring Gallery to install hardwood floors in my bedroom, hallway, family room and kitchen. The wood was too match throughout, of course. The sales person was very nice and accomodating and said they would do an excellent job and fix anything that was wrong.They first installed the bedroom floor and it was beautiful. Premium customer service with excellent installation We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received from Flooring Gallery, which was referred to us. It is a small shop in a strip mall so we did not know what to expect. The customer service in the shop was excellent. We explained the difficult job we anticipated on our kitchen floor and the customer service representative assisted us with each step of the way.
