I usually don't do reviews, but they did my kitchen floor. After a year I noticed gaps, they told me it's been a year and I no longer under warranty. They could come out and fix it, but it's not guaranteed it would work and they want to charge me. Beware of people who do not stand behind their work. Also when you see the name Hazime in the reviews they work for the company!!!
Simon was terrific, matched up our existing carpet on stairway with new carpet very similar in appearance. The Installers were pros, on time, fast and precise.
We are very pleased with Flooring Express. Roland was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our questions and decision making. He showed us products from different manufacturers and helped us choose a product that we're very pleased with. The installers were professional and courteous. The new carpet looks great in our home.
