We had carpet installed in our living room, and are very pleased with our experience. Our salesperson, Dave Berglund, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and our installers Wilson and Walter were fast and efficient.
I had an awesome experience with Flooring Expo. I worked with Suzanne and she was wonderful. She was attentive every step of the way - I was updated when the flooring would arrive and scheduling installation was easy. I just had a smaller area of carpet redone (stairs to go down to the basement), but I plan on coming back, hopefully next year, to get carpet for the rest of the house. I had a lot of color choices and I am very happy with my pick. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the whole experience. From Dave our salesman, to the product and all the installers. Very professional, pleasant and quick. The whole thing was done with happiness, efficiency and it all looks fantastic.
BEWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCT AND LONGEVITY ISSUES. purchased flooring and carpet a few years ago. The carpet is whatever - pattern on carpet wore down quickly (expected wear and tear). The flooring however is beyond horrible! The planks are cracking in half in high traffic and low traffic areas of the house. I’m not talking small cracks - all of them are over two inches.
