Worked with Killian. Super easy to work with and very responsive. Lifetime Labor warranty unlike big box stores which is important as the failure of the carpet install is what ultimately matters. Install was done in less than 2 hours by very friendly folks.

Suzanne was great to work with. She always stayed in communication with me and explained things well. I highly recommend.

Terry was great to work with. He helped to get a flooring sample that was in Stillwater brought to our house in Zimmerman. Everything looks great!

We had carpet installed in our living room, and are very pleased with our experience. Our salesperson, Dave Berglund, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and our installers Wilson and Walter were fast and efficient.

I had an awesome experience with Flooring Expo. I worked with Suzanne and she was wonderful. She was attentive every step of the way - I was updated when the flooring would arrive and scheduling installation was easy. I just had a smaller area of carpet redone (stairs to go down to the basement), but I plan on coming back, hopefully next year, to get carpet for the rest of the house. I had a lot of color choices and I am very happy with my pick. Highly recommend!
