Horrible service! Took over a week to schedule the installation after I purchased. I had to call them and Lowe's over 20 times to get there paperwork straight and faxed. Not sure how the carpet install will look, but I'm seriously concerned. Calling Lowe's back to schedule another vendor if possible.
Great flooring company. I would highly recommend them.
