Fantastic work ethic and quality! Price is reasonable as a well compared to other local competitors in the area. They will also install carpet that you did not buy from them. Most other places will not.
BAD EXPERIENCE. Run as far as you can from this place. Had carpet installed and the guys did such a horrible job, it has came lose in many places and you can see many lines when the carpet did not come together correctly. Called and left message after message for repair and Bill would never call back. After they get your money forget about any warranty or repairs after. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
The tile installation in our shower is beautiful and expertly done. We truly appreciated Bill’s guidance in selecting the right tiles and his smart advice to opt for tile flooring rather than an acrylic pan. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we are delighted with the outcome. We highly recommend Flooring Direct Temecula!
Im so glad that I listened to Bill and took his advice on the flooring material he recommended for our stairs and the second floor which matched rest of our first floor so perfectly! The work that his team, lead by Cesar has done was so detail oriented and precise! me and my wife are so happy with the outcome and couldn't have asked for better!
unpaid contractors calling us because Bill HAS NOT PAID THEM wanting to put a lien on the house. BEWARE Bill will not return calls after for any repairs or why contractors are calling us after we fully paid Bill the full amount owed. There are other companies to work with don't take the chance.
