Super fast, helpful, and efficient!
Wow! I had the worst experience with this business and owner Bill Norris. At first all is good cause you get a new floor and everything seems fine. Then we started having issues early on with separating boards and the a few cracks on the stairs etc. all this started happening in the first year to year and a half. I had installed September of 2020 and sent my first text about issues in June of 21. Needless to say I have sent dozens of texts , left dozens of messages and to no avail. I purchased laminate floors a few years ago. After about a month of the install, some of the planks started to separate from each other. I left a message and texted Bill and he never returned the call. Recently, I called again to address the same concern as well as ask a question about caring for the laminate. I spoke to someone in the office who said he’d leave the message for Bill. Again, no call back. I can’t say I’d recommend this business based on the poor customer service which to me is very important.
Wow!!!! Talk about customer service! The owner gave me a discount after a miss-hap of my worker finding out the prices, my customer who directly picked out the floors ended up wanting a different floor after his company delivered the product, for free might I add, manufactoring delay issues not the stores fault at all. We should have been charged a 25 percent restock fee but he waived it. Thats UNHEARD OF!! They went the distance for us as a business to make it right and saved us money! So we hired them to do a 25,000 job. Bill the owner advised us to call him if there are any problems in the future and advised him we have a very minor repair. Called him hundreds of times and numerous texts and have the screen shots. Please do all yourself a favor...DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people you will regret it.
