I had Laminate and carpet installed as well as new baseboards. Both crews were very professional and my floors look great. My favorite part was the salesman Ric Renner who was so kind and helpful when choosing floor & carpet. I will definitely share my experience with friends & family.
When I say very professional as well as patient,& reasonable all into one . Had water leak floors was damaged.Met with Bill whom was very patient with me & honest I must say. Matter of fact in 6moths I plan on reaching back out for my living floors.
Great group to work with. Great skills and work ethic. Love the floors.
Totally disgusted? My good quality less than one year old carpet looks horrible and is coming apart It's the worst carpet I have ever had. The carpet in my upstairs is 15 years old and looks way better. The new carpet been well maintained and cleaned. I contacted them 5 weeks ago and asked if someone would come look at it multiple times since but not a sole showed up or called. All I was told was they had called the manufacturer.
