Customer service from top to bottom was great! The salesperson and the installers were friendly and extremely capable!
I had my floors done in the bathroom and bedrooms. It turned out great and I’m really pleased. I had the LVP done and the type was called Leia. The bathroom really needed new flooring and turned out perfect. Here is a picture of the bathroom. LVP is waterproof so it will work perfect for bathrooms! If you are comparing lvp vs laminate, I believe the lvp is thinner so keep that in mind.
This is our second time using them and they did not disappoint! Install was super fast and the crew was awesome. They were so polite and professional and our new carpet is so cozy and pretty! Highly recommend them!
We had a great experience with Flooring Direct. Their sales person, Chris was very knowledgeable, and helped pick the right flooring for us. The installation crew led by Joel was excellent. The protected everything with plastic, and left the house very clean throughout the process. We would highly recommend Flooring Direct.
