I took a job out of town, before my house here was ready to put on the market. The customer service from Lindsay and her team was "ABOVE AND BEYOND!". They worked with my painters schedule, sent me photos and input for my choice of carpet, kept their scheduled installment appointment, cleaned up after themselves, and made paying for their services an easy task - even from 4 hours away! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my flooring business! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I truly appreciate this team of professionals! Their talent, spirit, creativity, eye for detail and ability to deliver at a very reasonable cost is remarkable. Their expertise directed multiple facets of our design and my world became much less stressful. They brought fun into the recovery of our home after the explosion! I am very grateful. I think it's wonderful that the owner can be the entrepreneur who runs a business and still have the soul of a giver. That's a beautiful thing.

Flooring Design Center is the only flooring store in Beaumont that I send my customers to. They are the only store that I buy my flooring from.
I just want to thank y'all so much for helping me out on all my projects especially the one that we did for HGTV. The products that y'all help me pick out are just amazing. I will see y'all soon :-)
