I find that the ratings and comments given for this company are hard to believe. I think they are a wonderful family owned company that did exceptional work for me recently. Used them to repair vinyl flooring tears. The match and the seams were flawless. The existing flooring was at least 8 yrs old and you could not tell that the floor was ever repaired. Shaughnessy, your review clearly shows why you no longer are allowed on our job sites. That "hostile" customer was given all new carpet and installed for free because I honor and respect them. You on the other hand well..... You know.
We went in to flooring design and the people who work there are super friendly, great customer service, they entertained our 2 children while we looked around and made decisions on our flooring. All while showing us different floors and helping us match carpet and hardwood. Highly recommend them.

Very dissatisfied, the owner cursed at us, and now is refusing to pay for services rendered. Just a horrible experience with this company they owe for two jobs that our company did for them and they are refusing to pay.
