We purchased a brand new house in Yukon, OK and commissioned Flooring Concepts to install the window treatments. We paid the full amount on April 27th, 2021. As of June 22nd they have not delivered anything. The sales rep that we worked with resigned and I was left dealing with the office staff who always promised to take care of the issue but never returned my calls. Long story short, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I would not recommend this company.
Didn't have any of the flooring in needed and staff qas very rude when I asked for a cheaper price flooring
As a homebuilder I have been working with Flooring concepts since early 2000s. I’ve been working with three generations in this company. Andrew is the owner now and has always been a solution to any issues that we had regarding flooring . He has great customer service and knowledge. I recommend flooring concepts company to others.
This company was listed as the only place in OKC where I could purchase Wellborn cabinets. I called them and initially got a pretty positive response. I sent them all my information and then waited for a few days. To make a long story short, I chased them by phone, text, and email for 5 weeks and they finally sent an installer over to my house to take a look at the job.
