I thought to here this morning looking for the company to come redo my flooring in my basement. Approximately about a 1400 square-foot area I come across this company‘s website. I had used them March of last year for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flooring itself is beautiful, however The installation literally took a week and they had to come back several times to fix the botched shoe molding. The installers removed my toilets and replaced them without replacing wax rings and did not tell me as such. Which caused leaks... read more
I had an amazing experience. They were so easy to work with and did everything online. I measured and sent drawings. I didn’t have to go to the store as he sent photos of what I requested and I got exactly what I asked for. He provided money saving suggestions as well. The team came out were very professional with both men and women on the team it was kinda fun as the ladies we excited for me and wow can they get it down carpet fast!! I have to admit that I was hesitant that I wouldn't receive outstanding quality and service because of the unbelievable low cost compared to other estimates!
