Dave and the team made the whole process super easy. I was excited to get some new flooring for my office, and working with Flooring by Design added no stress to the process. Dave came by to measure and give me a ball park quote, with an official quote the next day. He provided many follow ups and even swung by to personally make sure everything was set after the project was complete. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing flooring in the Raleigh Durham area.

Beware the installers. They took way longer than was scheduled, and then the shoe-moulding installation looked like this. It looks like it was installed by angry chipmunks! So awful, and it took multiple (like MANY) phone calls to get them to come back and fix it. The sales person Andrea was all about the sale, but once sold, couldn't be bothered to follow up and make sure the job was done, and done right. Literally the shoddiest workmanship I've ever seen from anyone, anywhere.

Very disappointed in the overall customer service, professionalism and overall follow through of this business. From the slow turnaround on the estimate, to the "bait & switch" on the flooring we picked out, to charging us for repairs to the subfloor caused by them using a machine it is obvious they don't understand how to provide customer service. Never again.

Buyer Beware! Quality products but shady business practices. After my money was taken and my old carpet was ripped up they changed their mind on how much they wanted to charge by almost a grand (for only 2 rooms). Also this delayed installation several weeks and wouldn't offer any refunds. Heath we worked with you from the moment there was a problem. I don't believe you are willing to do anything else.
