I arrived with a flooring emergency and hadn't a clue what to buy and doubted I could get it in time even if I found the right flooring. The owner educated me about the appropriate options and helped us make an excellent choice. Delivered within 48 hours with everything we would need for a full flooring renovation. A hassle free transaction and a super product! Much better than what we would have ended up with at a big box store. Great price and excellent customer service.
This was the second time we have used Flooring Brokers to install flooring in our homes. The owner Andy has unsurpassed knowledge in flooring probably from 25+ years of doing it. We chose a beautiful high quality laminate wood floor for our family room, and office. BAD.... DO NOT USE... They installed vinyl flooring, used wrong glue. Flooring weeps. Owner admitted using wrong glue. Ripped up my flooring, walked out on job and left me in a mess after I had paid him. I have to hire another flooring EXPERT to clean up the mess left by these people... Stole my money and left me with disastrous room. I am sleeping in a chair now till job gets REDONE BY A DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER!
