Our order included purchase and install vinyl strip flooring and carpet and pad. Payment was made while at their store. A day or two later we received an email indicating they failed to include labor. We started to wonder if we had made a mistake dealing with Flooring America. We proceeded to send them a check. The day of install went well until the installer notified us the carpet was not wide enough. The room was 12’ wide and the carpet was supposed to be 12’ wide but was only 11’-8” or 11’-9”. The wide selection of carpeting products gave us so many options. The salesman helped us choose just the right colors and quality to suit our sunroom's flooring needs. I will go there again for future carpeting
We've used Flooring America many times for carpet and flooring and have been happy with them until this last install. Spent $3700 on flooring for our brand new kitchen and hallway. Contractor worked to level floor, and flooring installer also used a leveling product, but never used a "level" or anything to actually make sure it was level. After a couple days we were noticing 2 or 3 areas that are very unlevel. Sergei and the installer came out, but left after saying there is nothing they can do!!! Marisela and her crew are expert installers. We appreciate her prompt communication and the effort she put into installing carpet without marking up the painted trim. They provided additional quality solutions to make the job look professional. When Marisela was finished with the installation the area was completely clean, vacuumed, and ready for use. Caden and Tom at Flooring America are helpful and fair. We appreciate the customer service and accurate communication.
Flooring America was a fantastic experience from learning about all different types of floors. They were also one of a very few that had the latest styles. From trendy to updated classic.
