Tried for 4 months to get a warranty issue resolved and some other flooring repairs and we are ignored and not followed up on. Multiple calls since June and no reply from management.

Terrible. My LVP flooring was initially installed in April, they did a horrible job installing, bouncy spots everywhere and a crinkly gritty noise whenever anyone (even the cat) walks on it. The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. I had carpet installed in a bedroom over five months ago. The carpet looks nice, installation went smoothly, but the problem I have with it is that during the five months I've had it, it has a horrible skunk smell. I've aired out the room, sprinkled baking soda all over and vacuumed it up, steam cleaned it, but nothing will get rid of the smell. It's especially terrible when the sun is on it.
