Wish I had read these reviews before paying for my rug. Howard Lester got my money but I still don't have a rug. It was promised Sepember 8. But ooh, he had excuses. Still waiting. We do have a plan of dealing with this situation.
I went to this store for an area rug for my home. They didn’t have much in the store but Howard Lester told me I could pick from a sample and they could make it to size. This was in May and told it would take two weeks. We called and called and nobody would return our calls. My husband got ahold of his cell number and we got our area rug. We took it out of the plastic to put it down yesterday and the rug isn’t binded. It’s just a piece of carpet cut to the size. Not sure how that took 4 1/2 months. This company doesn't even deserve one star. The quote of the house was cheaper than the other companies so we decided to go with this one. We decided on a date and time and the first day they were a few hours late. I just thought that they had something going on but the following days they were late and NEVER on time.. They never came a few times and i had to call and email. However, Howard never answered or contacted me for a few months, so I ended up suing him. We bought flooring from them for our entire house, owner was so nice (even let me take a sample pad home and picked it up in person) that is until he made the sale. Instillation was unacceptable so they had to redo it and it was even worse the second time. My floors are sliding apart, you can see the subfloor through the cracks, pieces are chipped and broken, and every doorway has a huge gap in flooring.
