After buying2 recliners within 3 days they were falling apart. Wood was protruding thru and made a horrible noise when reclining. When I approached management about my problem immediately the impression I was given was a not my problem attitude. After 3 visits they finally agreed to exchange them and deliver the new and pick up the old. They never called to verify delivery and even worse never showed up. This company was hired by the builder to install the flooring in our new home in 2013. After we moved in, we noticed issues with the laminate installation, and unfinished/un-tacked portions of the carpet, among others. We called them in 2014 before the one year window for making claims, and they came out to inspect the issues that are covered under warranty.
