Had problems since installation two months ago. Claims to finish the grout have yet to be completed. I will not recommend them. Posted some details on Facebook
Don't use this company. We started a project to replace about 400sq ft of hardwood with tile. 17 days later my floors are still not complete. First the warehouse gave my tile to the wrong installers, then they didn't order enough of the border, now boxes of tiles are broken and I am waiting for more to come in. They don't seem to care how much time I've missed from work waiting for them to finish this project. They have no sense of urgency to finish this. Their communication is lacking.
