We were so happy with the selection and the price. Their attention to us during the process of deciding what to buy was great. Then it was all down hill after that. My opinion may change if they step up and right their wrongs, but right now I am so unhappy and stressed by their incompetence I could cry. It has been 19 days since we paid them to do the installs.
