I feel very fortunate to have found this hidden gem! Great customer service, the ladies there were extremely accommodating to my "unique" taste and my budget. I had tons of questions, they answered them all graciously and exceed my expectations. I love the Pecan hard wood flooring that we decided on for my living room. Can't wait for the install. I will certainly use Flooring America again and I will send my friends there too!
Shoddy business. Sold me expensive hickory flooring but it never arrived. Some story about it got wet and they had to harvest and mill it and the arrival date was "unknown" for 3 weeks. They conveniently gave me other choices similar in design to mine and low and behold could get it in 4 days from "California". The new flooring was thin laminate covered wood, the kind I could have bought at Costco for 1/3 the price! Ripoffs!
