I ordered some laminate wood flooring and some carpeting to be installed. The day the wood flooring was to be installed I stayed home from work to make sure everything went ok. The installers didn't show until 1:00 after I had made numerous phonecalls to the office. The site supervisor stated they forgot to put this job on the list for the day.
