Was going for a 3 room floor service. Set up an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday. Brady called Monday 3 hours before appointment to postpone until the next day. Then the next day postponed AGAIN and told me not til Saturday, 5 days after original appointment. Not professional. Called Osborne Georgia carpet on tuesday and they had my new carpet installed Thursday. GO TO GEORGIA CARPET!
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new kitchen flooring. Our salesperson, Martin was very informative and a pleasure to work with! We came to flooring america with pictures of our kitchen to ensure they could help us find a quality product but also fit our color scheme and they did just that. Installation by Shane was also top notch and took less than 3 hours! We will use them for all of our future flooring projects.
I can’t say enough good things about George and Buddy with Flooring America Terre Haute IN. They were friendly, efficient, and turned a disaster into a masterpiece. So if are given the choice of who does your flooring that is the team I would pick.
Sam was helpful but it's also a lot of bull to get you to buy and install . I was set to receive a credit or a refund and turns out the Installer somehow after the fact found a way to come up with enough billable hours to cover the discrepancy so there no longer was a refund. Shocking. Otherwise Flooring is beautiful.
