We chose Flooring America to carpet and vinyl our new home. On the day we moved in we discovered 2 big "bubbles" in the vinyl in front of the kitchen sink. After 6 weeks of dealing with the store we were advised they "would like to help us deal with this challenge" and were offered a proposal for them to fix this at a cost to us of \$533. This is after paying them over \$6,000 already for our home flooring. They are very friendly and helpful when selling to you. Service after the sale...pretty poor.
