Flooring 101 installed luxury vinyl on all my interior. They did an absolutely exquisite job. There was an obvious attention to detail, especially on the baseboards and up against the fireplace. I will absolutely use them again.
They did an absolutely phenomenal job on our stairs! After having several quotes and going by several stores we went to flooring 101. We were amazed at the variety and size of their showroom. Monique was especially helpful and guiding us to the quality of carpet we wanted installed. She even got us several samples that we took home and we're able to look at in our own lighting. Wonderful company to deal with! Fair prices, on time and always return calls promptly. Josh is a great guy to work with. Old school customer service! We had a ktchen fire and he let me know the flooring we installed last year is readily available.
I am a repeat customer with Flooring 101. Had the living room carpet replaced with flooring a couple years ago and they did a great job. Decided I wanted the same flooring done in my 2-bedroom condo which meant both upstairs rooms & hallway along with the stairs. I contacted them and they had the same flooring, so I went with it. What I was surprised at was the installation crew was not as good as the one that installed my Livingroom. They did not speak English and there was no "boss" on site.
