Excellent place to do business. Erik at Ventura store was amazing . Very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new floors.
They Don’t Honor Warranty. I mailed in a warranty form - you have to mail it, no other option. Andrea called me a month later and said they didn’t have second page (weird because I sent them a two-sided copy) and they would send me an email to resubmit. They did not send me an email. I called many more times and every time they asked for my name and then said Andrea would call me back. She never called me. One time she answered and said she would call me back. Best carpet and flooring store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There were so many choices thank goodness for Erik. He was able to make some very good recommendations so instead of sensory overload we were able to choose from several different in our price point which they have many. They are coming by in the next week to measure. Much of the flooring they sell is in stock. You can see below some of the myriad of choices. Thanks for making this process easy.
BUYER BEWARE - trust the other reviews, wish I had. After initially having many issues with the installation (not showing up on numerous occasions, having to reschedule movers (a charge on each rescheduling that I paid) and then causing damage to my railings, walls, and doors), I had the carpet rippling up in each of the three rooms they installed within.
