Excellent! I was determined to install the flooring myself but Erik explained everything that had to be done and persuaded me to have it done professionally - so very, very glad l did. Gary did any awesome job and was quite jovial even after his foot went through my rotting subfloor! Can't recommend these guys enough!!
Gilbert/Ventura store was fun to work with and helped us with all our needs. The kitchen and bathroom floor look great. The installers were very polite and did an excellent job, and no mess to clean up. We are a repeat customers, last time we did carpet in the whole house
Erick was awesome and our work was done with quality. I had them do our whole house in 1998 and I just needed living room done. Grandsons are messy. I'd refer anyone to them. They are terrific.
Installed laminate in high traffic family room. Erik/Ventura set it up and work completed within a week! Very professional installers. No mess to clean up. Very pleased!
This is our second experience with Flooring 101 and it was another great one! Our salesperson, Josh, went way above and beyond in assisting us, and provided exceptional customer service. Special thanks for all you did for us! Our carpeting looks perfect and I love the new area rug! I would definitely recommend Flooring 101!
