Same here. Pool area coming up. No service after sale. I have pics if anyone wants to see. After one year we have big pieces of it coming up. Joe said he would fix it but never showed up. Supposed to last a life time but started coming up after 1 year!! doesn't even deserve one star!!
WOW!! It's amazing how the owner's family members, DENISE B & EMILY B, left fantastic reviews on their spouse/father's business, respectively. That's pretty much like the company leaving a excellent review on itself just to make people think that the true and honest bad reviews of legit customers on here may not be all that bad. Yellow Pages should REMOVE the reviews of DENISE B & EMILY B, the spouse & daughter of the owner of Floored by Design!!
A year later...still not done. Save your money and go elsewhere. Owner won't return phone calls after most of money and work is done. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Thought I was contracting a professional flooring company but turns they are only mediocre. The concrete side might better. I expected better of my install process. Very haphazard and workman's skill of finished product not that good. Regrets.
These guys are awesome. Love our floors. You can't go wrong with Floored by Design. We will be using them again.
We were amazed at the end results of our concrete wood floor. All we could say was WOW!!!! I would highly recommend these guys.
A 3 day job turned into a 3 week ordeal. Never did the workers arrive when I was told. At best, they would show up 5-6 hours late. At worst, they didn't show at all. Lack of proper communication meant that my floor was cleaned thoroughly (nice job) without any mention of moving my clothes from the closet (not nice). They blasted debris and dirt all over my suits and dress slacks, not thinking once to advise me to move my wardrobe.
