Bought carpet for whole house. Price was in line with everyone else, but when they came to install carpet, they added additional cost for removing some of the old carpet that they said they would take care of in the first place. I even told the installers that I would rip out old carpet while they started in a different location. They charged me an extra 500 dollars to rip out carpet that I said I would take care of myself.
