The Floorcraft team did a great job!! Starting with Bob in the show room - very knowledgeable and an overall fun person to talk to. Rob came out and measured our floors and talked us through some of the process and was very friendly and helpful. Rob was exceptional, demonstrating extensive knowledge, kindness, patience, and helpfulness. The carpet purchase, installation, and completion were efficient. The crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with our recent purchase of carpeting and tile from Floorcraft. From Bob to Rob to the installation team it was a stress-free process. We will definitely be going back when it's time to re-carpet the rest of the house.
