I had a very similar experience as Jason’s complaint. The installer tried to place the new boards and tile over the old baseboards and lineoleum. The invoice stated, “Tear out existing floor.” We received a refund, although, there was damage to our kitchen. The reimbursement came 6 months after I reported them to Channel 7 News, ******* ******. The EVP Operations posted on Yelp that I wanted to be the expert on the floor installation! I wanted the installer to follow the invoice instructions. STAY CLEAR!!
