Paul Oliver, the owner of Floorco Distribution, proved to be a major disappointment. We deeply regret hiring his services. He pressured us into paying an 80% deposit upfront, claiming he needed to purchase materials. Unfortunately, his work was a complete failure. Great product but poor service. We’ve been waiting since September to get some of the errors fixed.
ADVICE: Buy your flooring and find a trusted handyman to install it or install it yourself. They are not worth the headache. Pros: Price & Quick turnaround Cons: Horrible communication skills [I was not informed when they were coming, the sales rep swap my flooring without notifying me first. He also assumed that I wanted the color of the flooring quarter-rounder instead of the standard white ones.
