Floorworks just finished the installation of my tile and hardwood floors and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process went very smooth from my first appointment with Paul, until the finished floors. The installers were very professional, showed up on time everyday, were very friendly and obviously experienced. After seeing the work performed I would highly recommend floorworks to anyone.
they caulk laminate floors, ignore your concerns when sent an inexperienced employee and then did not take time to address the issues. Now they are fighting not to fix the floor that all the interlocks are coming apart. the job was done january 13 -15th 2013. They have chosen to not own up to their mistake. With this lack of care or professionalism they should not be in business and I will never use them or recommend and will let all friends to not use them.
