Ryan was helpful the day I walked into his store. Things got even better from there. I now have a beautiful floor for a fantastic price. Ryan came to my house a second time to pick up my deposit check to expedite the shipping. It was a kind thing to do. The installation was smooth, despite my existing floor being a wreck. Mark and his crew came in and tore out my old carpet and put new carpet in on my stairs. They were very professional and quick with it. Mark had great communication on when they were coming. I will not use anyone else to do my carpet or flooring jobs now.
