Mark, Jerry, and Ryan went above and beyond with our flooring installation. Our laundry room has a furnace, water heater, and water softener, so I wasn’t sure how they were going to work around everything—but it turned out amazing! The work looks clean, professional, and seamless. Jerry was especially helpful with creative solutions for the challenges of our older (not-so-square) house. Thank you, Floor Trends—you truly are great at what you do!
Floor Trends recently installed carpet in our bedrooms, study and stairs. They did an exceptional job. The installers were professional, friendly and attentive to details. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. It was a great experience all the way around.
Had three rooms and a hallway carpeted, as well as a runner put on the stairs. The initial installation was cancelled and rescheduled a week later and installation took an entire day, but the installers worked nonstop and the finished results are beautiful. The seams between rooms are unnoticeable other than color transition in one room. The installers were polite, worked quietly and cleaned up after they finished. They also moved the two heaviest pieces of furniture where they needed to be.
Excellent installation and professional service and workmanship. They went the extra mile to make my historic house look awesome!
This review is from a purchase and installation in March/April of 2023. I went into the store to purchase something that would be good with dogs - scratch resistant. The owner steered us to the Valinge brand. I believe he said he had dogs and was going to install it in his house. Worst purchase ever. Every time I clean that floor I get more and more pissed off.
