Great service start to finish!
Our experience with Floor to Ceiling in Freeport , IL has been far from good. We got our original lvp flooring installed in July of 2023 when we first purchased our home. Within days we started noticing problems such as weak spots in the floor and the flooring coming apart. They came back but the problems continued. By the end of winter the flooring was coming apart in many different places. We are lucky to have Floor to Ceiling here in Freeport. They are excellent to work with and do great work. I've had new blinds, counter tops and backsplash. Very happy with all. Highly recommend.
