The store in Huntingtown is exactly what I was looking for - local business with friendly, helpful staff, and a bright well laid out and well stocked tile store. I've ordered tile three times and had it installed by the store contractor once. They seem to be pretty busy and so waiting on return phone calls was a challenge sometimes but otherwise everything was professional and just as it should be. I highly recommend these folks as a great Calvert County business.
Store is awful. After contracting for vinyl installation for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, the first floor bath has a problem. We have paid our bill, but the follow up on why the toilet leans to the left has been virtually ignored. Seems that the installation crew did not take any measurements, nor did they do any type of visual inspection, and it appears that there is 1/4" difference in the floor joists, that has yet to be resolved, after now 2 months.
